The ranking announcement was made at an online event with participants from the global consulting firmGreat Place to Work (GPTW)

The ranking evaluated aspects such as the effective practice of a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation.

"The certification reaffirms that all our efforts are taking effect, especially during such a challenging period as 2020 was"

-Claudio Chaves, General Director.

In just over a year, we moved our factory from Caxias do Sul (RS), where we were founded, to Joinville – and changed a large part of our team.

"Even with all of this, the culture and conduct of the company remained strong, in a challenging environment, making people confident and capable of performing their roles", Claudio notes.
"Hidrofiltros is very attentive to the safety, development, performance, and growth of everyone within the organization, as well as the sustainability of the business", he adds.
"We encourage collaboration among people in order to achieve common advantages for projects across related areas"

-Lucas Vidor, Commercial and Administrative Director.

Lucas also highlights that there are 4 core points among the company's practices that are reflected in the positive organizational climate: transparency, integrity, cooperation between departments, and care for people's health.

"We strive to communicate in an open and honest way, so that information can flow freely", he explains.

A pioneer in Brazil in the use of Melt Blown technology

Industrial Director Vinícius Chaves recalls that the company was a pioneer in Brazil in the use of Melt Blown technology, which is composed of polypropylene filaments that are not harmful to health, giving rise to a porous cylinder – the filter element.

The principle of innovation, across all processes, has always been one of the company's differentiators. The GPTW recognition emerges as yet another example of these efforts.
