About this product
The HF 200 Carbon Refill is the filter element indicated for water coolers, sinks and other points of use, combining sediment retention and chlorine reduction in a single product.
It has an external barrier produced in non-toxic polypropylene through the Melt Blown process, where suspended dirt in water is reduced, such as sand, mud and rust. After dirt retention, water is directed to the bottom of the element, where it finds an activated carbon chamber that reduces chlorine, taste and unpleasant odor. As a final step, water passes through a new polypropylene barrier, which prevents carbon from passing through.

In the box
- 1 HF 200 Carbon Refill
- Close the main water valve and leave the tap open until all water drains from the filter.
- Unscrew the filter housing.
- With a glove, remove the saturated element and wash the cap and housing with water and biodegradable soap.
- Check that the o-ring is properly seated in the cap (do not use thread sealant tape on the cap).
- Insert the filter element into the cap or housing, screw the housing back on and open the main water valve.
- If leaking occurs, check the connections and the tightness of the housing.
- When using for the first time, let approximately 20 liters run through to release the carbon dust.
